Ljubljana, Slovenia; Mumbai, India; January 2010: Dhimahi, software engineering company based in Slovenia and Geodesic, IT solutions and services company based in India, began a strategic cooperation in the European market by joining their offerings of technological solutions, products and expertiese. The companies plan to work together in several fields.
Dhimahi will market, support and manage Geodesic products to the European client base as well as leveraging the huge resource capabilties of Geodesic software development services for larger development projects. Both companies agreed to work together by merging Dhimahi's local market knowledge with the huge development potential of Geodesic, thus combining more than 450 employees and over 60 “man years” of experience in the Information Technology industry.
It is believed that this cooperation will bring the maximum benefit to European clients, combining local partnership (Dhimahi) with world class and cost effective software products and solutions (Geodesic).
