What will you do
- Finance area — You will handle invoicing processes (received and issued), prepare payroll data, monitor payment transactions, prepare and deliver needed data and documentation to outside accounting using web application and Cloud, reconcile travel expenses, keep records of cash book, keep records of costs and equipment, prepare basic financial reports and analyses, and perform other financial tasks as assigned by management.
- Administrative area — You will provide administrative support to management, assist with travel arrangements, procure office materials and equipment, manage office supplies and other small office essentials and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Office area — You will help ensure smooth functioning of the office (we know it’s not a typical finance task, but if you can embrace it with a smile, you'll be our office hero).
You will be a great fit if...
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the similar area of work.
- You have basic knowledge of business finance and administration (payrolls, costs, revenue, expenses, salaries and other benefits from the employment relationship, etc).
- You have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- You have excellent organizational skills and are diligent at work.
- You possess analytical thinking and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- You are committed to integrity and confidentiality.
- You are proficient in Slovenian and English; knowledge of Serbian or Croatian is an advantage.
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- You are eager to learn.
