  • Design and implement — Co-create and Implement internal development program that supports professional and personal growth of our employees.
  • Facilitate — Build policies, tools and processes to bring the development program to life.
  • Define — Define career pathways and learning journeys.
  • Align with business and culture — Collaborate with leadership, team leads, and HR to ensure development initiatives support company goals and values.
  • Track and analyze impact — Use data, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities.
  • Iterate and improve — Stay agile—adjust and evolve the program to better serve our team and business needs.
  • Be a culture champion — Foster a growth mindset and make continuous learning part of everyday life at the company.

You will be a great fit if...

  • You have at least three years of experience in employee development and competency-role mapping; experience in IT industry is an advantage.
  • You have passion for learning and development.
  • You have deep understanding of people and what drives their growth.
  • You have strategic and analytical thinking.
  • You have strong organizational and coordinating skills.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • You are proficient in Slovenian and English; knowledge of Serbian or Croatian is an advantage.
