Software Enginee (Full-stack)

What will you do

• Build full-stack features end to end — You'll own features from the Angular frontend all the way through to the Spring Boot backend. You'll be responsible for the full slice, from UI to API to data.
• Design and build robust APIs — You'll design and implement clean, well-structured REST APIs. You'll think about contracts, versioning, and long-term maintainability.
• Own testing across the stack — Testing is a core part of this role, not an afterthought. You'll write end-to-end tests for the frontend using Playwright and unit and integration tests for backend APIs.
• Leverage Agentic Coding tools — We're serious about AI-assisted development. You'll be expected to use tools like Claude Code fluently and effectively as a core part of your workflow.
• Research and explore — New technologies and development approaches are the reality of our field. Continuous learning is developer’s essential quality. We’ll make sure you have the ability and time to focus on your growth as a developer.
• Co-own the product — You’ll be a part of a team where everybody has autonomy and responsibility. You will work on features from ideation over release to maintenance and shape the roadmap of the product.

Tech stack

• Angular — TypeScript is our scripting language of choice. We use Angular to build structured, maintainable single-page client applications.
• Java / Spring Boot — Our backend services are built with Java and Spring Boot, exposing REST APIs described with OpenAPI specification.
• Figma — We use Figma for UX and UI design. Our Design System is the foundation of everything we build. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to be able to work fluently with design specs and understand how to apply and extend it correctly.
• Agentic Coding tools — Claude Code and similar AI-assisted development tools are a regular part of how we work.
• Hosted on AWS with K8s — All our components are containerised and run in Kubernetes. Everything is automated from build to deployment.
• Enterprise tools for everything — GitLab for source control and CI/CD pipelines. Jira for issue tracking. Confluence for documentation. Slack for internal communication. IDE of your choice with paid subscription.

You will be a great fit if...

• You have worked before in our tech stack — Strong TypeScript and Java fundamentals are a must, along with hands-on experience with Angular on the frontend and Spring Boot on the backend. We're not looking for someone who has touched these, we're looking for someone who has built real things with them.
• You have 8+ years of experience — You have minimum 8 years of working experience in similar role as software engineer.
• You're highly productive while writing quality code — We release updates regularly. You can break down big projects into small deliverables, while caring about the outcome and quality.
• A genuine interest in technology — You have a desire for improvement and progress. You understand every technology has a trade-off.
• Independent and empathetic communicator — You are independent in written and verbal communication (English). You're thriving in a team environment.

2. An intro call — We want to understand on what projects you worked in the past and what motivated you to apply. You'll learn about the company from Managing Director and the project from Team Lead.
3. Test task — We give you a short assignment that is similar to tasks you would do on a daily basis as part of the team.
4. Present your task — Commit your work to Git. Document the code. Prepare a small presentation. You'll guide us through your development and decision-making process through a video call.
5. Decision — We get back to you with a final decision.
